DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Regular post can take anywhere from 3-14 business days. If you would like your item guaranteed to arrive within 1-3 business days please choose the express post option. If you have an important event you would like your item to arrive in time for, please make a note of this when purchasing and we will do our best to send your item as soon as possible. Please note, we are a small rural town so postage can take one or two days longer than from metro areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship via Australia Post for all International Shipping. Shipping will be calculated on checkout. Delivery between 10-15 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient). Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process & ship your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. In The Woods will declare full $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We cannot put a lower value on the parcel.
